Dans ce type de syst\u00e8me, l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 pour actionner des machines, des v\u00e9rins ou des outils. La vanne d\u00e9termine pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment o\u00f9, quand et combien d&#8217;air circule dans le syst\u00e8me. La fonction d&#8217;une vanne est de contr\u00f4ler et de diriger l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9. Selon l&#8217;application, une vanne pneumatique peut laisser passer l&#8217;air, le bloquer, changer sa direction ou r\u00e9guler la pression et la vitesse du flux d&#8217;air. Les vannes pneumatiques peuvent ainsi \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme vannes de commande, vannes de r\u00e9gulation ou m\u00eame vannes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Dans les situations dangereuses, elles peuvent couper automatiquement l&#8217;alimentation en air ou d\u00e9pressuriser compl\u00e8tement le syst\u00e8me afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter tout dommage ou blessure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque vanne se compose essentiellement de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux :<br>1. Raccords (ports) Les vannes ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2, 3 ou 5 ports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans le cas de deux ports, l&#8217;un sert \u00e0 l&#8217;alimentation en air et l&#8217;autre au travail (par exemple, un cylindre).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un troisi\u00e8me port sert souvent \u00e0 la purge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les vannes \u00e0 cinq ports sont utilis\u00e9es pour commander des v\u00e9rins \u00e0 double effet : un port pour l&#8217;alimentation, deux pour le travail et deux pour la purge. Un port est simplement une ouverture filet\u00e9e dans laquelle un raccord est ins\u00e9r\u00e9. Il s&#8217;agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&#8217;un raccord enfichable pour un raccordement direct au tuyau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Bo\u00eetier avec m\u00e9canisme de commutation Le bo\u00eetier contient le m\u00e9canisme qui achemine l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 vers le bon orifice. Selon le type de vanne et l&#8217;application, diff\u00e9rentes techniques de commutation peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es, telles que des vannes \u00e0 tiroir, des vannes \u00e0 clapet ou des vannes \u00e0 membrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Commande La commande veille \u00e0 ce que la vanne commute au bon moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cela peut se faire de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manuellement (par exemple, bouton-poussoir)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9caniquement (par exemple, par contact ou mouvement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pneumatiquement (par pression d&#8217;air)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9lectriquement (via des bobines magn\u00e9tiques)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMMENT FONCTIONNE UNE VANNE ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes pneumatiques se distinguent par le nombre de raccords (ports) et le nombre de positions de commutation. Le type de commande joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le : les vannes peuvent \u00eatre monostables ou bistables, et fonctionner en mode NO (normalement ouvert) ou NC (normalement ferm\u00e9). La vanne dispose de deux positions de commutation. Comme il n&#8217;y a qu&#8217;une seule sortie de travail, cette vanne ne permet de remplir qu&#8217;une seule chambre d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9. Elle convient donc aux v\u00e9rins \u00e0 simple effet, dans lesquels le retour est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement, par exemple \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un ressort.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>5\/2 v<\/strong><strong>anne<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout comme la vanne 3\/2, la vanne 5\/2 dispose de deux positions de commutation, mais elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de cinq ports : un pour l&#8217;alimentation, deux pour le travail (4) et deux pour la purge (5). Cela permet d&#8217;a\u00e9rer et de purger les deux chambres d&#8217;un actionneur, ce quigarantit un contr\u00f4le total des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du cylindre. Cette position offre une position non command\u00e9e et est souvent utilis\u00e9e dans les syst\u00e8mes critiques pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe trois versions de la position m\u00e9diane :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Position m\u00e9diane ferm\u00e9e : tous les orifices sont ferm\u00e9s. L&#8217;air ne peut ni entrer ni sortir, ce qui permet au cylindre de conserver sa position. Cependant, de petites fuites internes peuvent entra\u00eener une perte de pression du cylindre au fil du temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position m\u00e9diane ventil\u00e9e : les deux orifices de travail sont reli\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;alimentation. Le cylindre est ventil\u00e9 des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s et reste ainsi en \u00e9quilibre. Dans le cas de cylindres avec des surfaces de piston in\u00e9gales, cela peut entra\u00eener un l\u00e9ger mouvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position centrale ventil\u00e9e : l&#8217;alimentation est ferm\u00e9e et les deux ports de travail sont ouverts \u00e0 l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re. Le cylindre est sans pression des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s et peut donc se d\u00e9placer facilement sous l&#8217;effet d&#8217;une l\u00e9g\u00e8re force externe.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre une vanne 3\/2 et une vanne 5\/2 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une vanne 3\/2 est utilis\u00e9e avec des v\u00e9rins \u00e0 simple effet, dans lesquels une seule chambre est remplie d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 et le retour s&#8217;effectue m\u00e9caniquement. Une vanne 5\/2 est<br>utilis\u00e9e avec des v\u00e9rins \u00e0 double effet, dans lesquels les deux chambres sont aliment\u00e9es en air pour&nbsp; un mouvement aller-retour complet. Une vanne 5\/3 dispose d&#8217;une position<br>centrale suppl\u00e9mentaire et est utilis\u00e9e lorsqu&#8217;un v\u00e9rin doit rester en position, \u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 ou \u00eatre d\u00e9pressuris\u00e9, par exemple dans les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou de positionnement.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Normalement ferm\u00e9 (NC) et normalement ouvert (NO)<\/strong><br>Les termes \u00ab normalement ferm\u00e9 \u00bb (NC) et \u00ab normalement ouvert \u00bb (NO) indiquent la<br>position dans laquelle se trouve la vanne lorsqu&#8217;elle n&#8217;est pas aliment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans le cas d&#8217;une vanne NC, l&#8217;alimentation en air est coup\u00e9e ; aucun flux d&#8217;air ne passe donc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le cas d&#8217;une vanne NO, l&#8217;alimentation en air est ouverte ; la porte de travail est<br>aliment\u00e9e en air au repos.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Notez la diff\u00e9rence avec les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques : en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, NC signifie que le circuit est ferm\u00e9 et que le courant circule. En pneumatique, on raisonne en termes de ports. Ouvert ou ferm\u00e9 pour les&nbsp; applications pneumatiques, alors qu&#8217;en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, on raisonne en termes de ponts. Ouvert ou ferm\u00e9 pour le courant.<strong><br><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vannes monostables et bistables<\/strong><br>Outre le mode de commande, le nombre de commandes joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans le fonctionnement d&#8217;une vanne. Il existe des mod\u00e8les monostables (simples) et bistables (doubles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vanne monostable<\/strong><br>Une vanne monostable dispose d&#8217;une seule commande. Lorsqu&#8217;elle est activ\u00e9e, la vanne commute et, d\u00e8s que la commande est rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e, elle revient automatiquement \u00e0 sa position de repos, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un ressort ou de la pression atmosph\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vanne bistable<\/strong><br>Une vanne bistable dispose de deux commandes. Elle commute lors d&#8217;une br\u00e8ve impulsion et reste dans cette position jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la deuxi\u00e8me commande soit activ\u00e9e. La vanne peut ainsi rester stable dans les deux positions, ce qui est pratique dans les applications o\u00f9 la position doit \u00eatre maintenue en cas de perte de tension ou d&#8217;arr\u00eat d&#8217;urgence.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QUELS TYPES DE VANNES PNEUMATIQUES EXISTE-T-IL ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de vannes pneumatiques, chacune ayant une fonction sp\u00e9cifique dans un syst\u00e8me pneumatique. Il existe notamment des r\u00e9gulateurs de pression, des clapets anti-retour, des vannes d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement, des \u00e9lectrovannes et des vannes d&#8217;inversion. Une soupape d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement r\u00e9gule la vitesse d&#8217;un cylindre en limitant ou en contr\u00f4lant le d\u00e9bit d&#8217;air, ce qui permet d&#8217;ex\u00e9cuter les mouvements des actionneurs pneumatiques avec plus de pr\u00e9cision. Une \u00e9lectrovanne est command\u00e9e \u00e9lectriquement par un \u00e9lectroaimant et peut ouvrir ou fermer rapidement une soupape, ce qui permet<br>l&#8217;automatisation et la synchronisation pr\u00e9cise de l&#8217;alimentation en air. Une vanne de commutation permet de diriger l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 d&#8217;une sortie \u00e0 l&#8217;autre, en fonction de la position de commutation, et est souvent utilis\u00e9e pour commander des v\u00e9rins \u00e0 double effet dans deux directions, par exemple.
