Pressure switch with adjustable hysteresis

The 27N–28N series pressure switches are designed for industrial applications where accurate pressure control and reliable switching of electrical circuits are essential. Thanks to the SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) changeover contacts, these switches can be used flexibly in systems where both a normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) signal is required.

One of the biggest advantages of this series is the adjustable hysteresis:

Diaphragm version: adjustable from 20% to 50% (standard 30%)
Piston version: adjustable from 30% to 50% (standard 40%)

This allows the user to perfectly match the switching moment to the process requirements.

The housing is available in galvanized steel, brass, AISI 316 stainless steel, or AISI 303 stainless steel, making the switch suitable for a wide range of media and environments. The connection threads range from 1/8“ to 1/4” (Gas conical, Gas cylindrical, NPT, M10x1K, and M12x1.5), making integration into existing systems easy.
