UG series linear motion platform

The UG Series Lead Screw Actuator is designed for linear positioning, assembly, and pick-and-place applications within automation and machine building systems. This actuator offers a compact and modular platform with high structural stability and smooth movement, ideal for demanding industrial environments.

The UG Series combines a precision lead screw with a machined or anti-backlash nut, mounted on an aluminum base rail manufactured using the SIMO® (Simultaneous Integral Milling Operation) process. This process provides six times less warping, two times less torsion, and two times better flatness than standard extruded rails.

In addition, there is the option for a belt-driven configuration, suitable for applications that require higher speeds or longer strokes.
