CTS series guided pneumatic compact cylinder

The PHD Series CTS guided cylinder is designed for applications where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised. With its compact size and integrated guidance, this cylinder provides a solution for challenging environments. It features a self-lubricating nitrile piston seal and PTFE-filled hardcoat bushings that extend service life. The hard chrome plating on the guide rods and piston rod minimizes wear and increases side load capacity.

The CTS series supports various mounting options and is compatible with other PHD components. With options such as shock pads, magnetic pistons, and extended tool plates, this cylinder is adaptable to specific requirements. The cylinder is prepared for mounting up to six switches, making integration into automated systems straightforward.

Advantages

  • Hard chrome plating for increased wear resistance
  • Flexible mounting options and compatibility with PHD components
  • Options for shock pads and magnetic pistons
