EiS J1939 and CANopen series – Electronic inclinometer

The Canfield EiS series is an advanced two-channel inclinometer. This series measures angular changes with respect to gravity. Thanks to the choice between CANopen and SAE J1939 interface, this sensor offers seamless integration into modern industrial and mobile networks. The inclination sensor is delivered calibrated with an accuracy of ±0.3° and a resolution of 0.01°, ideal for dynamic applications where precision is critical.

The EiS Series is built around solid MEMS technology and packaged in a cast metal housing with black powder-coated finish. Epoxy-sealed and protected to IP69K, thus resistant to dust, water, vibration and temperature fluctuations down to -40 °C. Typical applications are platform leveling, tree angle detection, camera angle monitoring or motion-sensing on mobile implements. Thanks to the two Ø 4.2 mm mounting holes, mounting is easy and strong.
