Electromagnetic level sensor lateral fixing

Euroswitch’s series of side-mounted electromagnetic level sensors has been developed for accurate level detection in liquids such as water, acids, oils, diesel, and gasoline. These sensors are suitable for a variety of applications, including industrial installations, machinery, and storage tanks. Thanks to their side mounting, they are easy to install, even in confined spaces or existing systems.
Their construction uses materials such as polypropylene, nylon, or NBR, depending on the model and application. The contact technology is based on Reed contacts, available in N.O., N.C., or SPDT configurations. This ensures reliable switching with a maximum switching power of 40 W (3 W for SPDT), a maximum switching current of 1 A, and a maximum switching voltage of 50 V (250 V on request).
The sensors are designed for liquids with a minimum density of 0.7 or 0.75, depending on the model. The operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +80°C, or even +100°C, making them suitable for a variety of operating conditions. Thanks to the simple float reversal function, the switching mode can be quickly changed from normally closed (N.C.) to normally open (N.O.).
