SMAC’s LAS Series has been developed based on the successful LAL series and offers a robust and versatile solution for precision movements. With strokes up to 150 mm and a peak force of approximately 200 N, these linear slides are ideal for demanding applications where accurate positioning, force control, and high reliability are essential.
Thanks to the patented Soft-Land™ technology, the LAS actuators can approach a surface extremely gently and in a controlled manner. This makes them particularly suitable for handling fragile components and performing accurate measurement or inspection tasks.
The LAS Series also offers an excellent combination of force, speed, and service life, and can be customized to specific customer requirements, such as higher resolution encoders, double coils for extra force, or low-friction linear guides for improved service life and precision.
