Push-in fittings in metal – plastic – stainless steel

The API push-in fittings provide a quick and reliable connection for compressed air and fluid systems. These fittings are available in three series: R (nickel-plated brass for general applications), RHP (nickel-plated brass for high pressures up to 250 bar), and RT (acetal plastic for light-duty applications). They are suitable for nylon, polyurethane, and rilsan tubes with diameters from 3 mm to 16 mm. The fittings are modular, easy to install, and comply with Reach and RoHS directives. Options include thread types such as BSP, BSPT, and metric, as well as straight, elbow, and T-configurations.

Advantages

  • Quick installation without tools thanks to push-in technology.
  • Reliable sealing with stainless steel collets and high-quality seals.
  • Modular system for flexible configurations and easy expansion.
  • Wide range of thread and tube size combinations for diverse applications.
  • Durable materials for long-term use in industrial environments.
  • Suitable for high pressure (RHP series) and chemically resistant environments (RT series).
  • Easy maintenance due to replaceable parts and disconnectable connections.
  • Compact design for space-saving installations.
