Quick-locking couplings

The API Quick-Lock Couplings provide a fast and secure connection for compressed air, water, and non-aggressive fluids. These couplings are made of unplated brass and use a ball mechanism for reliable sealing, even with frequent connections and disconnections. The series is divided into couplings (KA) and stems (SF), available in three sizes: 20 (DN 2.7), 21 (DN 5), and 26 (DN 7.2). Size 20 is compact and suitable for medical, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications, size 21 is the most common, and size 26 is considered “universal.” All couplings comply with Reach and RoHS directives and are suitable for pressures up to 35 bar and a temperature range of -20°C to +100°C.

Advantages

  • Durable materials such as brass and stainless steel for long-term use.
  • Suitable for high pressure up to 35 bar and vacuum applications.
  • Simple installation with standard tools.
  • Compatibility with various tube types and other API components.
  • Compliance with international standards (Reach, RoHS, DIN, ISO).
