Series 3581 liquid diaphragm process valve

The Spartan Scientific Series 3581 diaphragm process valve is a 2-way, 2-position solenoid/air-operated valve designed to control liquids, water, and inert gases. It includes a large 12.7 mm orifice and comes in 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ NPT port sizes.

A brass body delivers durability and supports a high pressure differential. The energy-saving solenoid pilot uses low wattage and features stainless steel internal components. Standard seal options include EPDM, FKM, and NBR.

The coils are fully encapsulated and available in all standard voltages, with spade terminals, flying leads, or a connector. Common uses include inert fluid and gas control, condensate drain systems, hot water plumbing, and sprinkler systems.

Advantages

  • Robust brass body for durability and high pressure differential.
  • Energy-saving solenoid pilot with low wattage.
  • Wide pressure range for diverse applications.
  • Fast response time for precise control.
  • Dust-tight and water-resistant (IP65/NEMA 4) for demanding environments.
