Resistive electromagnetic level sensor

The resistive electromagnetic level sensors are designed for accurate and continuous measurement of liquid levels. They operate on the basis of a resistive output signal, making it possible to monitor the liquid level in real time.

These sensors are used in environments where water, mineral oils, diesel, gasoline, and even certain acids or food liquids need to be measured.

Thanks to their robust construction with stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 rods and floats, they can withstand high temperatures up to 110 °C and are suitable for liquids with a specific gravity of 0.6 g/cm³ or higher.

Depending on the version, they can be supplied with aluminum or plastic fittings, ranging from 3- to 6-hole flanges to threaded connections (G 1“, G 1 1/2”, or G 2″).

Applications

  • Fuel tanks for vehicles, generators, and machines
  • Industrial process installations with oil or water reservoirs
  • Storage tanks for chemicals or food liquids
  • Hydraulic and cooling systems
