500 Series thermal switches

The thermal contacts from the Euroswitch 510, 514, and 519 series are often used in motors, transformers, and industrial equipment where overheating must be prevented.

These thermal contacts operate with a normally open (N.O.) contact as standard, but can also be supplied with a normally closed (N.C.) contact on request. The temperature range is from 30 °C to 130 °C, with an intervention tolerance of ±5 K and a differential of 10 ÷ 20 K.

Thanks to their compact dimensions, the use of a brass housing and a PA 6.6 carrier, these sensors are lightweight yet durable. The electrical connection is made via Faston 6.3 x 0.8 mm contacts, which ensures quick and easy integration into electrical circuits.

The thermocontacts are designed for low voltages (6–24 VDC) and a maximum resistive current of 300 mA. The switching principle is 1B snap action, which guarantees a fast and reliable response to temperature fluctuations of 1–2 K/min.
