SLE-LL Series Linear Encoder

The SLE-LL Series linear encoders are compactly designed for precision robots, quality control, medical equipment, and high-speed measurement applications. Thanks to their small cross-section (31.2 x 6.3 x 12.4 mm) and high resolution of 1 µm or 5 µm, they deliver extremely accurate and reliable measurements in confined spaces.

These non-contact encoders use a light-emitting diode and optical ASIC technology for maximum stability and durability. With a frequency response of up to 4.8 m/sec (5 µm resolution) or 3 m/sec (1 µm resolution), they offer consistent performance even at high speeds.
