KR stainless steel cryogenic solenoid valves NO

The Magnatrol Type KR stainless steel solenoid valves are normally open 2-way valves with a full port design, available in 1/2″ to 3″ pipe sizes. These valves close when energized and open when de-energized, without requiring differential pressure to open. The robust construction consists of 304 stainless steel for the body and 303 stainless steel for the piston and other wetted parts, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The valves are suitable for corrosive fluids, deionized water, condensate, ammonia, vegetable oils, fuel oils, cryogenic fluids such as liquid oxygen (-183°C), liquid argon (-186°C), and liquid nitrogen (-196°C). They operate from vacuum to the maximum differential pressure as indicated in the specification table. The valves must be mounted horizontally with the solenoid enclosure vertical and on top. The coils are encapsulated Class H with 18″ leads.
