Pulse valve 12

MAC Valves dedusting valve or better known as the Pulse Valve PV12 is specially designed for extremely high air flows and powerful pulses. Equipped with an innovative lifting solenoid combined with bonded spool and wiping effect, this 2 way cartridge valve acts as a direct drop in replacement for traditional diaphragm valves in dust extraction and pulse air systems. The robust design, with separated solenoid and integrated return spring, minimizes wear and ensures exceptional performance even under harsh conditions.

The Pulse Valve PV12 is suitable for port sizes of 2 ½” and 3″ NPT or BSP. The valve handles an impressive flow rate of up to 175,000 Nl/min at 6 bar, with an operating pressure range of 2.8 to 8.3 bar. The drop-in design allows easy installation into existing filter bases without additional modifications or screw work. The bonded spool with wiping effect prevents seizing and significantly reduces maintenance intervals.

Voltage options include 12 V DC and 24 V DC, including remote bleed versions for ATEX environments. The high-quality aluminum body with Viton seals withstands aggressive environments, and optional ATEX versions are available for hazardous areas.
