Industrial Dust collection that always performs

Dust is a challenge in every industrial environment. It affects air quality, employee safety, and the efficiency of your processes. In many cases, it is legally required to install a proper dust filter, and its presence contributes to a cleaner environment and a better future for everyone. At LDA, we understand that a well-functioning industrial dustcollection not only removes dust but also reduces operational costs and extends the lifespan of your equipment. With our solutions, you ensure a cleaner, safer workspace while saving money

Why optimize your industrial dustcollectors?

Dustcollectors are essential, but traditional systems often struggle with issues such as:

At LDA, we offer solutions that turn these challenges into advantages. By optimizing dustcollectors, they last longer and require less maintenance. With the Pulse Valve technology from MAC Valves, you ensure a reliable and cost-effective dust management system.

Whether you operate in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, chemicals or mining, these solutions apply to every environment. Our solutions offer, among others:

But an optimal production environment goes beyond clean air. It also includes keeping your materials flowing smoothly. That’s why you must ensure free-flowing movement in silos, hoppers or storage tanks where dust walls, bridging or buildup occur. These challenges can slow down industrial dust filter hoppers. With AirSweep®, your hoppers become trouble-free, ensuring materials always flow smoothly and in a controlled manner. Whether powders, granules, sticky or moist materials: AirSweep® ensures a reliable first-in-first-out material flow without blockages or interruptions.

How AirSweep® works

AirSweep® uses powerful, targeted 360-degree pulses of compressed air fired along the inner walls of your storage or process equipment. These pulses break friction and free stuck material, returning it to the main flow. The system is easy to install on the outside of your vessel, silo or hopper, making maintenance and cleaning effortless. With its patented nozzle design, the system closes immediately after each pulse, preventing blockage or backflow.

The benefits of AirSweep® at a glance:

A reliable dust filter system not only maintains air quality, but also protects your employees and your equipment. What’s more, an efficient system helps reduce your energy costs and ensures you comply with legal requirements. The result: a safer working environment and lower operating costs.

Many traditional systems suffer from inefficient air pulses, leaking valves, and wear and tear. This increases energy costs, causes dust to accumulate more quickly, and means that parts need to be replaced more often. By addressing these issues in a timely manner, you can prevent downtime and save significantly.

Our technology focuses on sustainability, efficiency, and reliability. With MAC Valves’ Pulse Valve technology, you benefit from powerful air pulses, valves that last up to 10 million cycles, and a system that requires less maintenance. This translates into a lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and a longer service life for your dust filters.

AirSweep® breaks through bridging, rat-holing, and material buildup with powerful, targeted air pulses. These pulses remove stuck material from the walls so your product can always move freely. This keeps your process running continuously and prevents malfunctions.

Our solutions are suitable for virtually any industrial environment. Whether you are active in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, mining, or any other sector, the technology is versatile and delivers noticeably better performance in every situation.

Yes. AirSweep® works for powders, granules, sticky products, and even moist materials. The system is designed for a wide range of industries and applications, ensuring you always have a consistent first-in-first-out material flow.

Both MAC Valves Pulse Valves and AirSweep® are designed to save energy. MAC Valves do this by delivering more efficient air pulses, while AirSweep® uses the existing compressed air in your factory. This allows you to combine optimal performance with minimal energy costs.

Thanks to their robust construction, both the dust filter valves and the AirSweep® systems are extremely durable. The valves are less susceptible to wear or jamming, and AirSweep® is made from high-quality steel. This results in very low maintenance costs and maximum operational reliability.

In a world where industrial automation and production automation are becoming increasingly important, cobots (collaborative robots) play a key role. But what exactly are cobots? And how can companies in Belgium already start using them today?

Cobots are collaborative robots that work safely alongside humans. They support employees by taking over repetitive or heavy tasks such as moving parts , operating machines, or performing precision work. Thanks to their flexibility and

user-friendliness, they are ideal for both large production lines and SMEs that are committed to robot automation.

End-of-arm tooling:  the key to versatility

A cobot only becomes truly useful with the right end-of-arm tooling. These are the grippers, suction cups, or customized modules that determine what task the robot arm can perform. At LDA nv, we offer a wide range of standard solutions and custom end-of-arm tooling, fully tailored to the customer’s needs. Components such as a robot gripper for small to heavy applications or smart vacuum systems.

From CNC to handling robots

Cobots are often used in combination with robot CNC applications such as a mini CNC. This allows companies to speed up their production processes while improving quality. With a well-chosen handling robot or robot arm, loading, unloading, or assembly becomes simple and efficient.

There are also Universal Robots cobots!

Brands and possibilities

At LDA, we work with well-known brands. Yaskawa robots are renowned worldwide for their reliability and power. Whether it’s precision, speed, or versatility, there’s always a solution that fits your process.

Vacuum technology and grippers: flexibility in every application

A cobot or robot arm only becomes truly efficient with the right gripper. For this purpose, we offer a wide range of end-of-arm tooling:  pneumatic grippers to advanced vacuum technology. This allows us to provide the right solution for every task.

Pneumatic grippers

You can find the pneumatic grippers in our catalog, but here are a few examples:

Vacuum solutions

In addition to grippers, we also offer vacuum solutions:

Custom solutions

Because no two production processes are the same, LDA also offers custom end-of-arm tooling. Think of unique grippers or vacuum modules that fit your product or process perfectly. This allows you to get the most out of your handling robot, Universal robot, or Yaskawa robots. With our combination of grippers, vacuum systems, and customization, we ensure that your collaborative robots and robot arms perform optimally in every phase of automation.

What does this mean for your company?

More possibilities: whether you want to assemble small parts or move heavy pieces, we always have the right solution.

Greater accuracy: your processes become more consistent and error-free, ideal for CNC applications or precision work.

Faster production: less downtime and higher cycle speeds provide an immediate boost to your output.

Flexible response to changes: do you often change products or formats? With our custom end-of-arm tooling and variable vacuum pumps, your production will always remain agile.
