Bimetallic thermostat SPDT contact

The Euroswitch thermostat 507 is a temperature switch with SPDT contacts (changeover contact).

It is designed for applications where switching between two circuits is required, such as in cooling systems, motor protection, and industrial control systems.

The temperature range is from 35 °C to 85 °C, adjustable in 5 °C increments. The switching mechanism operates according to the snap action principle (type 1B) and guarantees a fast and precise response, even with a temperature change of 1–2 K/min.

The housing is made of brass (stainless steel AISI on request) while the electrical contacts are made of silver. The sensor has IP65 protection according to UNI EN 175301-803 (DIN43650) and can withstand pressures up to 80 bar. Thanks to its compact design and the use of standard connections (faston 6.3 x 0.8 mm), the thermostat can be easily integrated into existing systems.

In addition, the 507 series is optionally available in an ATEX version, making it suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
