The MLA8 Series is an electric gage actuator designed for programmable and highly accurate measurements. Where conventional LVDTs often rely on compressed air or spring mechanisms, the MLA8 provides a fully electric solution with constant force and low friction over the entire stroke. This ensures repeatable, linear performance and a drastic reduction in Gage R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility) variations.
The MLA8-010-51-2 is the first model in this series and combines an extremely compact design (95x50x8 mm) with a stroke of 10 mm and a peak force of 4 N. With a standard resolution of 1 μm (optional 0.5 or 0.1 μm), this model delivers the precision required in high-end applications.
