The MAC Valves Pulse Valve PV10 is the ideal choice for industrial applications where maximum airflow and powerful pulses are essential. This valve offers an innovative combination of a lifting solenoid and bonded spool with wiping effect, making it a reliable and durable solution for pulse air systems and dust extraction systems. Thanks to its separate solenoid design, the PV10 is resistant to contamination and wear, ensuring a long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.

The Pulse Valve PV10 is suitable for port sizes of 2 ½”. The flow rate is up to 140,000 Nl/min at 6 bar, with an operating pressure range of 2.75 to 8.27 bar. The valve is easily mounted as a drop-in cartridge in existing systems, without modifications or screws. The bonded spool mechanism with wiping effect prevents seizing and ensures reliable operation under harsh conditions.

Standard voltage options are 12 V DC and 24 V DC, with various versions and remote-bleed option for ATEX environments. The PV10 is made of high-quality aluminum with Viton seals and optionally available with custom materials for specific applications.
