Serie com-pick angular grippers 180°

The Com-Pick angular grippers are pneumatic actuators designed for industrial applications requiring angular movement up to 180 degrees. These grippers are used in robotics, assembly processes, and pick-and-place systems. The design features an aluminum housing with a hardened steel pivot mechanism, ensuring a long service life. The series includes models with two or three jaws and is available in bore sizes from 12.7 mm to 203 mm. The gripping force ranges from 11 N to 7,512 N at an operating pressure of 6.9 bar.

Advantages

  • Self-contained actuator for easy integration into existing systems
  • Hardened steel pivot mechanism for long service life
  • Flexible jaw configurations (2 or 3 jaws) for various applications
  • Magnetic switches for detecting jaw positions
  • Adjustable jaw closing for specific requirements
  • Options for high temperatures and corrosion resistance
  • Compact and lightweight design for space-constrained environments
