500 Series Bimetal Thermostat

The Euroswitch thermostats 506–508 and 525 use a snap action contact. This guarantees fast and reliable switching. Both series are available in versions with N.O. (normally open) or N.C. (normally closed) contacts.

The temperature range is from 25 °C to 120 °C, adjustable in 5 °C increments. Thanks to the brass housing, optionally available in AISI stainless steel, these thermostats can withstand harsh operating conditions up to 80 bar pressure.

The 506–508 series is suitable for heavier loads and has various protection classes up to IP67, depending on the selected cover or connector. The 525 series is more compact, lighter, and ideal for applications where installation space is limited.

With additional options such as integrated connectors (M12, AMP Superseal, Deutsch DT) and protective covers, these thermostats can be easily adapted to specific applications in vehicles, hydraulic systems, heating installations, and industrial machinery.
