Series 46TK pilot-operated cryogenic solenoid valve G1/4 – G1/2, 1 – 30 bar

The Type 46TK is a pilot-operated piston valve made for cryogenic liquids and other neutral media. It works reliably down to -196°C.

To operate correctly, the valve requires a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. If power is lost, an internal spring automatically closes the valve.

The housing comes in stainless steel 1.4581 or 1.4404, and PTFE seals help it stand up well to aggressive media. It’s available with sleeve connections from G1/4 to G1/2 and can handle 1 to 30 bar, depending on the material selection.

Typical industries include industrial gas production and distribution, LNG and cryogenic fuel systems, chemical and petrochemical processing (neutral media service), pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, food and beverage processing with cryogenic applications, and research and test facilities using cryogenic fluids.

Advantages

  • Suitable for cryogenic liquids down to -196°C.
  • Compact design with long service life.
  • Simple installation and maintenance.
  • Available in two types of stainless steel for different pressure ranges.
  • IP65 protection for demanding environments.
