Pulse valve 3

The MAC Valves Pulse Valve 3 is a compact 2 way cartridge valve that offers exceptional flow and control through its lifting solenoid design with a bonded spool and wiping effect. The valve is specifically designed for applications such as dust extraction, filter cleaning and cyclic air systems, where high switching frequency and reliability are paramount. The solenoid is completely separated from the airflow, minimizing wear and contamination and ensuring a long service life.

With flow rates up to 24000 Nl/min and operating pressures up to 10 bar, the Pulse Valve delivers powerful performance in any industrial environment. The cartridge shape allows easy mounting in manifolds or inline systems without the need for screws. Thanks to the bonded spool mechanism with wiping effect, jamming and wear are prevented even in aggressive conditions.

The Pulse Valve is available in different diameters: 10 mm, 14 mm, 21 mm and 32 mm, each with a specific flow rate and pressure range. With corresponding port sizes of1″, 3/4″ NPT or BSP. Standard voltage options are 12 V DC and 24 V DC, with ratings depending on version. Materials include bronze, 316 stainless steel and Delrin, with elastomeric options such as FFKM and PEEK.
