9E Series – magnetic proximity switch

The Canfield 9E Series is an ultra-compact magnetic switch for actuators and cylinders with a standard 1/4″ dovetail slot. Suitable for use with brands such as Fabco, Numatics and Rotomation, it offers maximum flexibility in applications with limited mounting space. In addition to the standard dovetail mount, multiple clamping options are available for round cylinders and NFPA/flat series tie rod cylinders from 3/4″ to 8″ bore.

The 9E series is available as a reed contact (SPST, NO) or in electronic versions with PNP or NPN output. Thanks to the internal LED and wide viewing angle, the status can be quickly checked visually. The electronic models switch as early as 25 Gauss and have minimal hysteresis. All versions are IP67-sealed and suitable for industrial environments.

Installation is easy, without additional tools. The switch is immediately ready for installation and comes with all mounting hardware.
