9M50 series – D-groove switch

The Canfield 9M50 Series is a small proximity switch for mounting in 6.5mm wide D-slots as used in linear actuators from Norgren and others. Thanks to its clever design, the switch is slid along the slot, rotated and secured without protruding above the profile. The switch lies flush against the cylinder, providing neat, protected and space-saving mounting.

The switch is available with reed technology or as an electronic model (PNP or NPN), each with LED indication. Reed versions support voltages up to 120 V AC/DC, while the electronic variants are more sensitive (25 Gauss) and respond with minimal hysteresis. The fully polyurethane encapsulated housing provides IP67 protection against water and dust.
