CRDVS serie – Closed Loop Demand Drain Valve

The Spartan Scientific CRDV/S is a self-learning condensate valve that fully automates the removal of moisture from compressed air systems. Using a closed-loop control system with moisture measurement, the CRDV/S effectively prevents rusting, clogging and premature equipment wear. Thanks to its smart self-cleaning function, indicator lights and strong design, this valve is completely low-maintenance and ready for plug-and-play installation.
Optionally, the CRDV/S features Wi-Fi connectivity that allows users to track real-time data such as temperature, cycles and drain history via an app (iOS, Android and desktop). Alerts can be sent automatically via email or text message. All this makes the CRDV/S a particularly efficient and forward-looking solution compared to traditional time-controlled drains.
Applications include air compressors, compressed air tanks, filters and industrial plants where moisture accumulation causes damage or increases maintenance costs.
