M12 C series Industrial round connectors

Omal’s M12 C Series round connectors are designed to meet the high demands of industrial automation, sensor technology and signal transmission. Thanks to their high-quality construction and flexible configuration, these connectors are suitable for a wide range of applications where precision, durability and a watertight connection are essential.

These connectors are available in both male and female versions, straight or angled, and available with or without pre-terminated cable. The housing is made of reinforced polyamide (PA 66 with 30% fiberglass) that meets V0 fire rating according to UL94. For applications in environments with higher mechanical or chemical stresses, a variant is also available with a nickel-plated metal housing (MT version).

The M12 C Series round connectors are designed for safe connection with an IP67 degree of protection in accordance with EN 60529, making them dust-tight and resistant to temporary immersion in water. The connectors are compatible with standard M12 x 1 threaded fittings and feature a nickel-plated brass metal locking ring for a secure and vibration-free attachment.

The M12 C Series is available with a variety of cable types, including:

– FROR/PUR/PVC/H03VVF/UL PVC

– Number of cores: 2 to 8

– Cross section: from 0.25 mm² to 0.75 mm²

– With or without shielding

– On request with labeling or specific colors
