The MAC Valves dedusting valve (Pulse Valve) PV09 is a compact 2 way valve that bids exceptional flow and control. This valve is designed for applications such as dust collection, filter cleaning and other cyclic air systems where high switching frequency is required. The solenoid is completely separated from the airflow, which minimizes wear and contamination and ensures long life.
The Pulse Valve PV09 is suitable for port sizes of 2“ and 2½” NPT or BSP. The flow rate is up to 100,000 Nl/min (at 6 bar) and the operating pressure is between 2.8 and 8.3 bar. The cartridge shape allows easy mounting as a drop-in replacement for traditional diaphragm valves, both inline and on manifold systems, without the need for screws. The bonded spool mechanism with wiping effect prevents seizing and wear, even under harsh conditions.
Standard voltage options include 12 V DC, 24 V DC and 110-240 V AC, with various connector options and versions, including remote-bleed for ATEX environments. The PV09 is constructed of high-quality aluminum with Viton seals and optionally available with custom materials for specific applications.
