The MAC Valves dedusting valve or better known as the Pulse Valve PV06 is a compact 2 way valve that offers exceptional flow and control through its unique lifting solenoid design with a bonded spool and wiping effect. The valve is specifically designed for applications such as dust extraction, filter cleaning and cyclic air systems, where high switching frequency and reliability are paramount. The solenoid is completely separated from the airflow, minimizing wear and contamination and ensuring long life.

The Pulse Valve PV06 is available with cartridge diameters of 10 mm, 14 mm, 21 mm and 32 mm, with corresponding port sizes of 1 ½” NPT or BSP. With flow rates up to 53,200 Nl/min (at 6 bar) and operating pressures from 2.8 to 8.3 bar, the Pulse Valve delivers powerful performance in any industrial environment. The cartridge shape allows easy mounting in manifolds or inline systems without the need for screws. Thanks to the bonded spool mechanism with wiping effect, seizing and wear are prevented even in aggressive conditions.

Standard voltage options are 12 V DC and 24 V DC, with ratings depending on the version. Materials include aluminum, stainless steel and high-performance seals such as Viton, with optional ATEX versions for use in explosive environments.
