Canfield Connector’s CANFAST® M8 Series is a rugged line of molded round connectors with M8 threads, designed for fast, vibration-resistant connection of sensors, actuators and solenoid valves in automated systems. These connectors are suitable for applications where a sturdy, reliable electrical connection is required – even in wet, dusty or mechanically stressful environments.
The M8 series is available in straight male and female versions with 3 or 4 pins, with standard A coding. Depending on the application, they are available with PVC or PUR cable, shielded or unshielded. The connectors are IP68/IP69 sealed when mounted correctly, making them resistant to immersion and high-pressure cleaning. This makes them suitable for packaging lines, robotics and mobile systems, among others.
The contacts are made of gold-plated brass for reliable signal transmission. The swivel is made of nickel-plated brass and provides a secure attachment. CANFAST® M8 connectors are made in the USA and meet strict quality standards for industrial use.
