9H serie – T-Slot Groove (4×4)

The Canfield 9H Series is a proximity switch that fits into a 4×4 mm square groove of aluminum extrusion-style linear actuators. This switch is ideal for applications where reliable position detection is required. The 9H is available in both reed and electronic versions, an 8 mm quick connect male pigtail or a dual switch with 12 mm pigtail.

The electronic versions have a high sensitivity of 40 Gauss and a fast response time with minimal hysteresis. The reed models offer a wide voltage range up to 120 V AC/DC and are suitable for PLC inputs. Each switch features an LED indicator that clearly displays the switch status from wide viewing angles.

The enclosure is made of PBT and TPU and is designed for IP67 / NEMA 6 protection. The switch comes complete with mounting hardware and is ready to be installed directly into the groove. Compatible with cylinders from Festo, Numatics and Rotomation, among others.
