ILSS Serie – In-Line Soft Start Electronic Control

Canfield’s ILSS is an in-line soft start module designed to gradually build up air pressure in compressed air systems. This electronic control prevents abrupt pressure spikes during plant start-up, protecting sensitive components from damage and wear. Its compact design allows the ILSS to be easily integrated into existing pneumatic lines without redesigning the plant.

The soft start function activates a controlled pressure build-up to a preset threshold after which full system pressure is passed through. This ensures safe, stable and reliable starting of machines. The module connects with standard M12 connectors and works in conjunction with solenoid valves and other pneumatic components.
