5000 – Sub-Micro Field Wireable

The Canfield Connector 5000 Series Sub-Micro connector is designed to connect solenoid valves using the DIN Style “C” EN 175301-803 specification (formerly DIN 43650) with 8mm pin spacing, and the industry standard 9.4mm pin spacing. These standards ensure interchangeability within the industry and are accepted worldwide by the solenoid valve industry.

Key features include the ability for the user to self-wire the connector in existing installations, or the connector can be factory pre-wired. The wire connections are located inside the connector housing. The cable entry is either PG7 or 1/2″ conduit. The maximum current rating is 6 amps, with a maximum conductor size of 20 gauge and an outer jacket no larger than 0.260 inch diameter. The connectors have a NEMA 4 and IP65 environmental rating
