The VG-GR series offers two sizes: 80 mm and 100 mm. With a thickness of 12mm, 24mm, 30mm, 40mm. The foam rubber material provides a flexible yet firm grip that adapts to the shape of the part.
Valve-style foam are equipped with floating check valve technology that automatically seals a port to prevent vacuum loss when a port is not fully covered. They are highly resistant to debris, as particles can pass through the valve. This type is ideal for products with openings, deep grooves, and folds. For proper operation, the gripper must first make contact with the product before the vacuum is activated. In vertical applications, the gripper must not be rotated more than 90°. Compared to port grippers, valve grippers have a slower response time.
