PG/VG-GS Square port style Foam 80 mm – 120 mm

The VG-GS series foam rubber is specifically designed for applications where flexibility and adaptability are essential. This foam rubber is ideal for gripping parts with variable shapes or dimensions in automated systems.

The VG-GS series offers two sizes: 80 mm and 120 mm. The foam rubber material provides a flexible yet firm grip that adapts to the shape of the part.

Port-style foam feature a series of small openings that minimize vacuum loss when exposed to the outside air. This type can be used in any position, both horizontally and vertically. They work similarly to a suction cup: the vacuum can be activated before the product is brought into contact with the pad, thereby reducing cycle time. To ensure a secure grip, at least 80% of the gripping surface must be covered by the product.
