5000 Series – ISO Field Wireable

The Canfield Connector 5000 Series ISO connector connects solenoid valves to the DIN Style “A” EN175301-803 (formerly DIN 43650) specification. This standard ensures that connectors are interchangeable worldwide in the solenoid valve industry.

An important feature is that the user can wire the connector themselves for existing installations, or the connector can be factory pre-wired. The wire connections are inside the connector housing and the cable entry is either PG9, PG11 or 1/2″ conduit. The maximum current rating is 10 amps, with a maximum conductor size of 14 AWG and an outer jacket no larger than 0.410 inch diameter. The connectors are available without illumination or with indicator lights indicating “on” status. The connectors have a NEMA 4 and IP65 environmental rating.
